Description	1 fully accessible unit no step into unit. Reception & restaurants (on wharf) area are very accessible. Car space outside unit. This unit is situated in a beautiful area of Hobart but the unit has facilities for person in wheelchair on lower level of the unit. Other bedroom is upstairs.
Bathroom	Bathroom has wheel-in shower recess, rails for shower, hand held shower spray, no lowered hand basin & mirror. Shower chair available. Bathroom may not accommodate hoist.
Toilet	Height 460mm (floor to seat), AS1428 standards for rails.
Bedroom	Although the bedroom is upstairs Somerset have installed a bed on the lower level for people who are confined to a wheelchair. 1 double & 1 settee bed. Bedside controls - radio & light switches. TV remote.
